STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
RATES
a) Travel, accommodation and daily expenses (meals and non-alcoholic beverages) must be provided by the client during the stay.
b) The prices do not include fees or rights for models, costs for props, or the provision of any other object or service not budgeted for the Session.
c) Changes to the job requirements (JR) before or during a session may increase the fee payable by the client.
d) The daily duration of a photo session is a maximum of 9 hours (including a 1-hour break for meals). Any additional hours required for reasons not attributable to the photographer will incur a base cost of €150 per hour.
CONDUCT OF THE SHOOT
a) The shoot will be arranged on the date(s) mutually agreed upon between the parties.
b) During the shoot, the Photographer will take account of the Client’s reasonable instructions in respect of the shoot brief.
c) If the Client is not present during the shoot, then the Photographer’s interpretation of the brief shall be deemed acceptable to the Client.
d) The Client is solely responsible for closing and restricting access to the areas to be photographed. In case this is not done, the photographer cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen individuals, objects, or vehicles that appear in the final image. The removal of these elements may result in additional costs.
e) In the event that a stylist is not hired, the Client assumes full responsibility for styling the area. The photographer will not engage in any styling activities and will capture the area exactly as it is prepared.
ACCEPTANCE & DELIVERY
a) Within a maximum of 5 business days, the Client will receive the photographs and have the opportunity to select which ones they wish to have edited.
b) After receiving the Client's chosen selection, the photographer will provide the final results within 15 business days.
c) The Photographer does not guarantee urgent deliveries (within less than 15 business days), unless previously budgeted and/or agreed upon between the parties.
d) After the delivery of the files, the Client has 10 business days to request changes, limited to 1 round of revisions, unless agreed otherwise. After this term, revisions are quotable.
e) The Photographer will deliver the revised images within 10 business days after client feedback, unless agreed otherwise.
USAGE RIGHTS
a) No use of the images can be made before the full payment of all invoices related to the JR, except with the Photographer's written consent.
b) Once the Client has made full payment of all invoices related to the JR, the Photographer grants the Client all Usage Rights of the images.
c) All Usage Rights granted by the Photographer to the Client belong exclusively to the Client, unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing.
d) Nothing shall prevent the Photographer from using the material captured solely for promoting his services.
e) The client shall inform the Photographer of the date on which he can publish the material captured for self-promotion purposes, with this period never exceeding 45 days after the delivery date, after which the Photographer reserves the right to publish at his own consideration.
CREDITS
a) In respect of all editorial uses the Client shall procure that the Photographer’s name is printed on or in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions and online media of the Licensed Images.
b) The Client will do his best to provide due credit to the Photographer in Social Media posts/stories/reels where the photography is being used.
PAYMENTS
a) To confirm the reservation, the Client is required to make an advance payment of 50% of the total amount, with the remaining 50% invoiced upon delivery of the images for revision.
b) All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the issuance date.
c) Late payments, occurring after the invoice due date, will incur an interest rate of 10% on the invoice amount, compounding every 30 days.
d) Submission of a bank proof can establish that any invoice is paid in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
a) The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a client's cancellation up to 48 hours before a shoot, the deposit can be applied as a voucher for a future session.
b) If the Client cancels a session less than 48 hours before the reserved date, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining 50% can be used as a voucher for another photoshoot.
c) If the Client does not wish to reschedule a canceled session, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
d) The Photographer reserves the right to postpone any session due to illness or dependent’s illness, and must provide timely medical justification.

e) In case of the Photographer's cancellation due to illness, an agreement may be reached between the parties to send a trusted substitute photographer, if one is available.

f) If the Client does not wish to reschedule a session canceled by the Photographer, the Client will be refunded all amounts paid up to that point.

g) The photographer is responsible for covering all travel rescheduling expenses resulting from his own cancellation.
